Given that they are correctly connected to the head of the appropriate anchor in the recess, the lifting clutches are not intended to spontaneously disengage when the system is loaded and in any configuration. The lifting clutch is easily and rapidly removed after the lift is finished and the load is discharged. In a variety of working load limits, they are offered.
