Simple but universal use, suitable for thin slabs / panels and low - grade / light - weight concrete, the load is distributed into the concrete by the reinforcment rebar inserted throught the bottom hole .

 

The Two-Hole Anchor is a low-profile insert optimized for stripping and handling of panels where spread-type anchors cannot be used. When used with a tension bar, the anchor can achieve high tension loads in low compressive strength, thin precast panels.

Two Hole Transport Anchor are designed to load range 0.7t to 26t. It’s used for pre-stressed concrete trusses, thin walls.

The Two Hole Transport Anchors are available in the sizes shown in the table and in plain, zinc plated or hot dip galvanized finish. 

The head of the two-hole anchor is similar to the head of the spread anchor. The second hole in the lower part of the anchor allows an additional reinforcement bar to be used. Anchorage in the concrete is achieved with this additional reinforcement bar. Longer anchors with more additional holes can be made on request. Spread anchor is a responsible transport anchor system. the anchor will be delivered prefinished and can be used for installation in all concrete components. Before using the spread anchor the environment has to be checked which is specified in the installation instruction. the two hole anchor is technically equal to spread anchor. but the two hole anchor has to complete with reinforcement as installation instruction.

20 years of experience producing lifting systems for precast concrete, while a lot of manufacturers still use conventional punch machines to produce these anchors, we built our first semi-automatic forging machine specialized in the production of this type of anchors, way faster and energy saving. Everything is manufactured in-house.
