Utilizzo semplice ma universale, adatto a solette/pannelli sottili e a calcestruzzo di bassa qualità/leggero; il carico viene distribuito nel calcestruzzo dalla barra d'armatura inserita attraverso il foro inferiore.

 

L'ancoraggio a due fori è un inserto a basso profilo ottimizzato per lo scassero e la movimentazione di pannelli dove non si possono utilizzare ancoraggi di tipo espansivo. Utilizzato con una barra di tensione, l'ancoraggio può raggiungere elevati carichi di trazione in pannelli prefabbricati sottili e a bassa resistenza a compressione.

Gli ancoraggi di trasporto a due fori sono progettati per un intervallo di carico da 0,7 t a 26 t. Vengono utilizzati per travature reticolari in calcestruzzo precompresso e pareti sottili.

La testa dell'ancoraggio a due fori è simile a quella dell'ancoraggio espansivo (spread anchor). Il secondo foro nella parte inferiore dell'ancoraggio consente l'uso di una barra di armatura aggiuntiva, attraverso la quale si ottiene l'ancoraggio nel calcestruzzo. Su richiesta è possibile realizzare ancoraggi più lunghi con ulteriori fori. L'ancoraggio espansivo è un sistema di trasporto affidabile; viene fornito prefinito e può essere utilizzato per l'installazione in tutti i componenti in calcestruzzo. Prima di utilizzare l'ancoraggio espansivo è necessario verificare l'ambiente, come specificato nelle istruzioni di installazione. L'ancoraggio a due fori è tecnicamente equivalente a quello espansivo, ma va completato con armatura secondo le istruzioni di installazione.

Application of Two Hole Anchor:

The head of the Two-Hole Anchor is similar to the head of the spread anchor. The second hole in the lower part of the anchor allows an additional reinforcement bar to be used. Anchorage in the concrete is achieved with this additional reinforcement bar. Longer anchors with more additional holes can be made on request. Spread anchor is a responsible transport anchor system. the anchor will be delivered prefinished and can be used for installation in all concrete components. before using the spread anchor the environment has to be checked which is specified in the installation instruction. the two hole anchor is technically equal to spread anchor. but the two hole anchor has to complete with reinforcement as installation instruction.
