シンプルかつ汎用的に使用でき、薄いスラブやパネル、低強度／軽量コンクリートに適しています。荷重は下穴に通した補強鉄筋を介してコンクリートへ分散されます。

 

ツーホールアンカーは低姿勢のインサートで、拡張型アンカーが使用できないパネルの脱型や取り扱いに最適化されています。テンションバーと併用すると、低圧縮強度かつ薄いプレキャストパネルでも高い引張荷重を実現できます。

ツーホール輸送アンカーは 0.7 t から 26 t の荷重範囲向けに設計されています。プレストレストコンクリートトラスや薄壁に使用されます。

ツーホールアンカーのヘッドはスプレッドアンカーのヘッドと類似しています。アンカー下部の 2 つ目の穴により追加の補強鉄筋を使用でき、この鉄筋によりコンクリート中での固定が得られます。ご要望に応じて、より長く、追加の穴を多く備えたアンカーも製作可能です。スプレッドアンカーは信頼性の高い輸送用アンカーシステムで、完成品として納入され、あらゆるコンクリート部材への据付に使用できます。スプレッドアンカーを使用する前には、施工説明書に記載された環境条件を確認する必要があります。ツーホールアンカーは技術的にはスプレッドアンカーと同等ですが、施工説明書に従って補強を組み合わせる必要があります。

Application of Two Hole Anchor:

The head of the Two-Hole Anchor is similar to the head of the spread anchor. The second hole in the lower part of the anchor allows an additional reinforcement bar to be used. Anchorage in the concrete is achieved with this additional reinforcement bar. Longer anchors with more additional holes can be made on request. Spread anchor is a responsible transport anchor system. the anchor will be delivered prefinished and can be used for installation in all concrete components. before using the spread anchor the environment has to be checked which is specified in the installation instruction. the two hole anchor is technically equal to spread anchor. but the two hole anchor has to complete with reinforcement as installation instruction.
