Magnetic Triangle steel/Magnetic chamfer/Magnet reveal strip

Magnetic chamfer triangle allows for the rapid and precise installation of precisely fitted chamfers in steel formwork construction. Simply place the magnetic strip on the formwork table, and the built-in magnets will securely hold it in place; no screws, bolts, or welding are required.

Steel is used to make the magnetic formers. Plastic magnetic chamfer is indicated for increased flexibility in the production of flexible chamfers, such as in balcony plates.

It is used to generate indentations in the concrete to create false connections and is meant to create beveled edges on the corners and faces of concrete wall panels. There are no open channels for concrete to fill. The magnets are corrosion-resistant and stay firmly in place, so they will not pull out or rust under typical use.

High power magnets embedded in steel are used to create formwork expose chamfers. The magnets are securely held in place by epoxy, making it impossible to spill the magnets out during normal operation. A variety of form work steel chamfer specifications are offered. Reveals can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Different lengths are also available up to 3 meters or even longer as needed.
